OpsStream streamlines business execution. We know that your specific requirements are unique, but we are confident that we can demonstrate that OpsStream's unparalleled flexibility can accommodate all of your operationally-focused requirements.
We are happy to provide more information, answer any questions, and provide live on-line demos.
We suggest to companies interested in OpsStream the following 5-step process:
- Initial discussions and demos
- Let us show you OpsStream online in a no-obligation demo
- "Collaborative Discovery Workshop"
- A focused 2 to 3 hour online meeting to help you identify your business requirements and proposed technical architecture roadmap.
- The outcome of this session will be to have a) written documentation on your immediate business requirements, b) proposed roadmap of kinds of systems your requirements may call for and how they fit together, and c) proposed scope and timing of a "proof-of-concept"
- “Proof-of-Concept”
- Actually use OpsStream within your organization, according to the scope defined above (typically for 15-30 days) to better understand and evaluate the solution and its benefits
- Proposal Acceptance
- Decision to move forward with full deployment, according to defined scope and terms.
- Deployment, Training and Launch
- Go live with OpsStream according to the defined full deployment scope. Coordinate training and any other launch related activities.
We are happy to help guide you through your very important endeavor of identifying requirements and using these requirements in selection of your solutions. We would of course be happy for you to become an OpsStream customer, but our primary goal is to help you make informed decisions based on your actual requirements. We will provide as much education and guidance as we can with absolutely no obligation for you to purchase anything from us.
